This fourth Annual Spa Marketplace Conference & Expo to be held at the Blaisdell Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii with a special focus on future spa services, new wellness trends, anti-aging, medical aesthetics and medical tourism. This fourth Annual January 5-6, 2014 Spa Marketplace is designed for all spa and salon owners, managers, doctors, estheticians, cosmetologists, massage therapists and all spa professionals. Besides learning about the latest full-service spa and salon trends, techniques and products, there will many special spa educational presentations by internationally respected speakers. This event is being supported by the Hawaii Spa & Wellness Association.

ADVANCED SPA MARKETPLACE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS will offer CEU credits for an array of seminars on spa therapies, business and marketing practices. 2014 guest speakers will include Dr. Ronald Klatz, President of American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Priti Odedra, Manon Pilon, Larry Oskin, Dr. Ben Johnson, Michael Effler, Joanne Berry, Dr. Sunny Massa, Patti Pugliese and Paul Brown of Paul Brown Hawaii will make presentation about Operation Appreciation which has been spearheaded to help our troops who return home to civilian life.

PHYSICIAN’S CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: There will also be a pre-conference certification marketing program for spa and medical spa management facilitated with Manon Pilon on Saturday, January 4 from 10 AM to 5 PM for only $350.

THIS SPECIAL EVENT is designed to be very different from a big trade show. Attendees will be able to personally meet and network with nationally and internationally respected speakers, exhibitors and resources from Hawaii and the mainland that will be on hand for this unique intimate event to showcase their products and equipment. An added dimension will be the Career Connection Lounge managed by the HI-SPA – the Hawaii Spa Association, whereby spa industry professionals will be able to post resumes and meet with prospective spa employers. Today, there are over 800 Hawaiian lodging facilities as well as over 600 spas of every type, plus 2500 physicians facilitating professional skincare treatments while serving over 7 million visitors and 1.4 million Hawaiian residents.
An added dimension will be the Career Connection Lounge managed by the HI-SPA (Hawaii Spa Association), whereby spa industry professionals will be able to post resumes and meet with prospective spa employers.
